More Frequent Furnace Repairs

The last two years of a furnace's life are when your system incurs the most breakdowns. Take a moment to add up the money you've been spending on furnace repair the prior two years - a new system could be more cost effective.

Strange Noises

Have you heard any strange noises coming from your system? Furnaces start making weird noises at the end of their life. If your furnace is switching on and off frequently or blowing cold air, it's time to consider getting your system replaced.

A Dry or Dusty Home

Older furnaces don't humidify or filter the air in your home all that well. Your home may start feeling stuffy and anyone in the home with allergies could notice an uptick in their symptoms. Some other signs are: static shocks, drooping plants and cracking furniture.
